Hi All

My back ground is as an electrician, and have been one for 37 years. I work for Interbrew UK, which used to be know as Whitbread. I have fitted two burglar alarm systems for my daughters in the past three years, and have up graded my own system where I live at present. One of my daugters has moved three weeks ago into an eight year old house which had an alarm fitted when it was built,. I have managed to change the entry code but canot find out the engineers code. I have tried the usual 0123/1234 but to no avail, we have also telephoned the installer twice but as yet he is not replying to our messages. The system is a Optima XL4. We live in the post code area of PR25 Leyland, Lancs, England.
