As an engineer from Liverpool originally working for //.National Installer.// R Security and Panda Alarms, my advice is DONT BOTHER with major companies they are a waste of time you will end up a number not a person

True - But if youv'e got a familly, car, morgage etc, it does pay the bills.

You Choose to work for anyone and you choose to leave too. ;)

Totally agree with what your saying I am only going on experience, smaller companies pay around the same rate per hour and they traet you as part of a team not as a number
