Thre are many tactics you could use that are very effective.

But keeping with this post, I have always found that hanging simple instructions from the keypad (laminated card with a ribbon or one stuck next to the keypad, with your companies logo/telephone number prominantly dispayed, brings reccuring business, often years later. It should not include items like the users or duress code.
