L81ker Posted October 28, 2008 Share Posted October 28, 2008 I have the same problem, it's happening at random but usually at night.--and usually on a part set. Two different detectors doing the same thing. Noise measured is 18% so set threshold at 24%. RSSI is over 80% Tried changing supervision times - still get the same random problem. Because it's random, not predictable - yes its a real bitch -but that also leads me to suspect interference. It seems to coincide with taxi's being in the area, and 'neighbour' activity. Recently we have also had the police radio coming over our FM radio. I'm travelling overseas, and last night it went off again. I'm planning to resite the receiver much closer to the wireless sensors next weekend (increase RSSI) and also bump the threshold up another level if I can. If that solves the problem, I'll let you all know. Right now the RX module is 1M from the control panel., and 8M+ from the sensors. There is 1 plasterboard wall and 2 brick walls between the Sensors and the RX module. After resiting, the radiomodule will be 1 brick wall away, and still 1M from the control panel.
