Hello. I have a AFP-200 FACP that continually gives a annoying trouble message.

It states "TROUBL IN SYSTEM NETWORK FAILURE" as a system trouble message. It previously had a NAM232 network card installed but I have since removed it. I cannot find in the settings how to disable the network feature on this panel and would appreciate some guidance from anyone who works with notifier products.

Sorry mate, having problems with notifier panel myself. There tech support is useless but you could try speaking to one of them

Have to disagrre. I find Neil and Derek to be two of the best techs I've come across. However if you're not a Notifier engineer or agent, then they're not duty bound to assist.

Notifier tech support are by far the best that i use, especially neil. how-ever, if your not a notifier esd they wont give you the time of day. and rightly so.

Would anyone be willing to ask them this question for me, since I am not a 'tech'?

I apologise. This should have been posted in the Fire Alarm Queries forum.

I would imagine that this is something that is set up in the configuration programming and so would need to be adreesed via the pc.
