Is that the conventional panel with the STEP/STATE on it??

Unfortunately we cannot give out engineers manuals but a user manual will (or should) get you through it okay - if it isn't the conventional give more detail on it and someone should be able to help.

I have the problem fixed now but i could still use a USER manual, i know forum rules better to ask for an engineer
