HI ALL NEW TO THE SITE. AFTER SOME HELP. I HAVE A CONCEPT 6 ALARM. BEEN WORKING FINE, BUT OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS HAVE BEEN HAVING TO CHANGE ALRM CODE AS IT HAS BEEN BECOMING INCREASINGLY DIFFUCLT TO TURN ALARM OFF AS THE BUTTONS ARE GETTING DIFFICULT TO TURN OFF AND HAVE TO REALLY PRESS HARD. GOT TO THE POINT NOW WHERE MOST OF THE NUMMBERS ARE'NT WORKING SO HAVE HAD TO LEAVE ALARM OFF NOW. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT KEYPAD SECTION OR WILL I NEED A FULL INSTRUMENT PANEL. ALSO WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THESE ITEMS. LIVE IN NORTH EAST ENGLAND (STOCKTON ON TEES) cheers KARL

You will need a new panel, if you have a local small installer he will be able to fit one for you, or check online security suppliers or ebay.

Please don't use capitals it's like shouting!
