Hi guys any of you using alarmpro, just started using it and find it very usefull, can any of you advise how i raise a callout for a site.

Hi guys any of you using alarmpro, just started using it and find it very usefull, can any of you advise how i raise a callout for a site.

You need to have the site record open for the site requiring a callout.

Then, go to the Site menu, click on Service Details and a blank service record will open (or the latest one if the site has existing callout history). Click on the Add icon from the Navigation Toolbar and you're in business.
