Hello,

Having bought a new Visonic Powermax alarm at the weekend, I thought I would enlist the help of my electrician brother to install it. Unfortunately during the installation process the installer code stopped working. I can't figure out why and have checked various sources of information but the accepted wisdom of user codes being set to the installer codes does not apply. Basically i think we need to reset the panel to it's factory default. Does anyone know if this is possible. I noticed a reset jumper on the circuit board, is this a clue?
