wrote a bit back with the above. I don't seem to be able to get the service interval timer to appear on the key pad. I have set it up on 2 weeks, then 4 weeks. Could it be possibly EN51031 I think not showing it on display and sending it to a monitoring centre instead. I know you could remember 12 months for the service, but it's nice to see it work!!

I set the service timer to these weeks just incase the enginners code reset the timer. I have let the timer expire, but to no avail

Please can some one help. The software is 7.8 version, if this helps
