Hi

I work for a charity that has just moved into offices with an accenta alarm system (it also has a box with Optima G3 above the ceiling) There was a alarm code when we moved in but it was lost in the move. We have no manuals and no way to contact the previous leasers. Any way we can reset or get the alarms system reset?. is there an engineers reset code? Help please

The only way that you will sort this problem is by calling out a local company to reset the codes for you. Without a code there is nothing you can do with the system. It would be worth having the system serviced at the same to ensure it is working correctly.
