Hi All is there a way to enable the fire zone on a galaxy 16+

I have a commercial pannel and it say only availiable on residental?

thanks. This there a way around this via a diferent setting

also it keep saying tamper when i connect it.

Thanks that is a great help, one question do i need any elo resistors on the fire zone? or is it just 2 wise from the control pannal zone to the sensor.
