Hi

I have a Nexus 8 alarm system installed. I recently had some new carpets fitted and the fitter successfully cut through the main cable to the box. The cable has been reconnected however the control panel display nows shows BF and PF and when I try to reset the alarm the box sounds. I have downloaded the user manual and identified the problem as bell fuse failure and mains power failure.

Any ideas how I overcome this problem?
