Hello to all

New to the forum, and site to be honest, I was pointed in this direction by a friend when I asked for some info on a control panel, now suffering from brain overload ... too much information! Great site with toooo much to take in but will make it a regular pit stop, well done to the owners.

As I mentioned above, I'd asked my mate about turning the internal entry/exit sounder down on a control panel, he had a few to show me but not the one my neighbour is waking the street with ... well ok, the neighbours either side (including us). She has asked if I can turn the "volume" down as she puts it, when she goes out and comes in. As is nearly always the case the previous occupiers left no manual or instructions except for the code (something else the new neighbour wants to change). Any help would be appreciated.

Control panel is an C&K Securitech - co23-203 iss1.
