I have just bought a texecom usb modem to remotely download to our premier panels via wintex.The drivers installed ok and wintex is configured to use it. The modem connects ok but appears to be using the pulse dialling format. How do I change the format to DTMF.There are 3 jumpers inside for AUS,CTR21 and USA, which is currently set to USA.None of these jumpers has any effect on the dialling format.

Anyone know how to set/configure to use DTMF.
