Could you please help me with my external siren alarm

I purchased this alarm system as my wife and I were

Moving to Spain. Asp security had set the system up for me which is a infinte kit wirefree but due to power loss I have to re-program it.

The problem I am having is after following the instructions

I come to the part of registration after following instructions to the letter

I set the siren to transmission mode but it will not save

Could you advise me please of what could be the problem
