A number of years ago, an installer put in my Galaxy 16+ and used the incorporated dialer/modem to phone both my & my wifes mobile should the alarm activate.

We have both changed our mobile numbers and need to have the system reset.

Is this something that I can do myself or do I need to contact another installer to rectify this ?

Hello Steve,

The Galaxy is most definitely a professional panel, so you'll need an installer to do that.

To be honest it should be on a maintenance contract too and be regularly serviced. :(

I believe it should be on a Maintenance agreement for Insurance purposes.

Know anybody in the Walsall area ?
