Featured Replies

Hello,

I have an ADE karizma system in my home. Something is wrong with the system. The company who originally installed the system are no longer trading. I have tried calling a couple of local companies to fix the system but they have say that they don

Hi Willsonr, You dont say whats wrong with your system. If its just a standard Karizma it will have an LED keypad, the Karizma+ has an LCD keypad.

Which one have you got?

What is displayed on the keypad - if anything?

What happens when you press the keys?

I fit the Karizma's but I am in Peterborough so too far away, maybe someone closer to you can help.

Just one last thing, The karizma's are prone to crashing so if you know where the control panel is (its a big metal box with four screws holding the lid down) you could try pulling out the mains fuse and disconnecting the battery. Leave it powered down for a couple of minutes then power up again with the mains first then connect the battery. Lastly replace the lid and see if your alarm works.

WARNING!!

YOUR ALARM CONTROL PANEL HAS MAINS ELECTRICITY POWERING IT.

If you are not happy messing with 240v AC mains -get an engineer do it

for you. We prefer live customers, they pay us money. dead ones dont!!
