tigerd
Hi everyone i accidentlly came across this website when looking for help. And im hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I recently moved into a house that has a intellisense alarm in it, the lady said to me that the alarm needs "reset" and i could simply call any alarm company in the yellow pages and get someone to come out and do it for a small fee. Needless to say its not so simple. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to who to contact to get it reset, and find out how it works. (no manuals left either and i have no idea what model it is, the house has been up for 3 years, so id say it was an alarm they had available in 2004. thanks Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/19429-hi-and-can-you-help/ Share on other sites

morph
If you don't have the code then you will need to have the system defaulted and reprogrammed by an engineer. Suggest you call three firms and get there opinions/costs as to what would be the best options. Where are you in NI?I only do fire but might know of a reliable company near by (any of the nationals should have a look at it for you but you would probably be better going independant - the Yellow Pages is full of them or yell.com intruder companies).
