The user code is currently set as the Factory default user code (1122) Aritech CS350.

I have the installation instruction engineer manual with the default engineer code (1278).

I have tried to get in, in engineer mode using the engineer code but nothing happens, what am I doing wrong? and how can I get the default user code changed to a more personal code?

THX in advance for any valualbe response! ;-)

try cold starting the panel with the memory link off which should default the panel back to factory settings ;)
