Accenta 8 Mini

hi all first post. new house new problem! after 5 years of mastering the veritas 8's problems in the old house the accenta 8 mini has got me. I have c+g 185 alarms qualification but im no house alarm fitter or engineer and I know very little about house alarms. car alarms are my forte and car electrics.

how can i turn off the service timer ive read that it can be done but no one seems to spill the beans how its done.

since moving the kind previous owner failed to leave me the instructions so ive had to download user guide. also on the keypad there are a few phone numbers but none seem to work.

can anyone tell me if this alarm will call you incase of a break in?? if so how do i set it up.

any help would be great ive considered throwing it away for a veritas that was much easier to fix.
