pyroguy Posted April 1, 2007 Share Posted April 1, 2007 Hi Guys, Been Fire installing for around 18 months and things are getting bigger. Im looking to add some "small print" to tenders. Im working as a subcontractor to a couple of heavy duty companies and am feeling a wee bit wide open since being involved in some big contracts. I need to know if and how I can cover myself on extras, delays due to other contractors and defective equipment / design. So far my T's and C's dont go much further than Asbestos. .
