Hi Guys,

Been Fire installing for around 18 months and things are getting bigger. Im looking to add some "small print" to tenders. Im working as a subcontractor to a couple of heavy duty companies and am feeling a wee bit wide open since being involved in some big contracts. I need to know if and how I can cover myself on extras, delays due to other contractors and defective equipment / design. So far my T's and C's dont go much further than Asbestos.
