Can anybody help?I have just bought a new apartment but have not been given the code for the veritas alarm system.Hence,I need to know how to re-programme it asap......Thanks....Gary

texecom website is www.texe.com if you register with them you may be able to download manuals. as for re programming you can completely wipe memory by **editted**, will see if i can find a manual tho

Im afraid not mate, these features are engineer features and you will need the engineers manual. Contact Texecom for the manual or get a local alarm company to service the system for you.
