Moved into new house with Veritas alarm, no user code, got in touch with Texecom who have been very helpful, but nothing seems to get the display off UNSET mode.

Tried to re-programme a new user code by tapping in 4321 then 00, also tried 4321 then 60, as advised by Texecom help, but nothing happens.

Display is fixed on UNSET all the time, no zones light up, nothing.

Also on the external strobe/siren casing there has been two lights blinking on and off for as long as I have had the house, their colours are blue and red, does this signify anything?

I was thinking I might set it off so I will leave it alone, the previous owner did not know the code as it was her husband who sorted these things out and they are divorced.

Anyone know an engineer in Doncaster and a typical call out and 'overhaul' charge.
