Accenta Control Panel

Featured Replies

Hi,

For the last 3/4 weeks the power light on my accenta control panel is flashing. The alarm and PIR's have been operating fine except that the alarm beeping tones are slower and lower pitched, and the control panel buttons take a lot of pressing. The main big alarm box I have in the garage has a constant red light on it which I assume is the norm.

Any ideas on what to do would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Carl

you do not have mains going to the panel, it is running off the back up battery

Thanks for the help,

I think I'd better get it serviced then. To be fair it's not had a service in the three years I've had the house. What kind of ballpark costs would I be looking at to get this back to working order?

cheers

Carl

The tamper light flashes when the service timer has elapsed. If the red light on the end station is on, then you have mains power. If the power light on the remote keypad is flashing then you have a communication problem between keypad and panel, probably due to bad wiring or low supply voltage.

Hope that helps
