I have a veritas r8+ installed with one lcd rkp on adress 1, one led rkp on adress 2, I try to connect with Wintex software V4.9 build 4 but it is not working. I have the installation manual but I don't find anything. Not more with PC-Com manual. I search for PC COM1 settings and Control panel preparing for UDL. I live in France near montpellier and I don't find anything in France, I wait for Texe.com.

The Wintex software is for Texecom Premier panels.

For a VR8+ you need to use the Veritas UDL software.
