Smart Electrics
This is probably a dodgy subject but as a newbee to this side of the industry I would be very interested in how much people are charged and how to get more money out of the customer without causing affence (you know what I mean) for eg Service Charges,Call Outs,Maintanence,New provides and any others that i have missed. Guest Peter James
Customers are always offended by charges. I find the best way is to give good value for money that way they keep coming back. Our service contracts vary from £48.00 upwards dependant on the size the monitoring and how many times a year we visit for the money. .Mike
I had a customer winge about a £3 inc vat raise on the maintenance charge, and then a customer on a call out in the early hours of the morning (02:15) after I had to get up to the bell in the pouring rain who didnt want to pay - i'd like to see her get out of bed at that time and climb up a ladder in the and not get paid.
