One of our maintenance customers has a ITEC meridian 2. On a routine service call an engineer totally powered down the system and consequently the user codes reverted back to the default as did entry / exit times. The user codes are no problem but we cannot find an engineer manual for this system anywhere.

Would anyone know how to change entry time on this panel
