Have you had any problems with the new postal rules?

I have noticed since they started that brown envelopes now take longer to arrive than white ones.

I have a remote engineer, and I send him various items in the post, usually in A5 envelopes but sometimes in DL size. Since the new rules on sizes and weights have come in I noticed that the A5 envelopes were taking 3 days instead of 1 day so I have switched to white A5 and they get there faster.
