Hi hope sombody could help. Ive just moved into this house with a veritas 8 panel fitted.The problem is nobody knows the user code.A friend told me the panel can be reset to give me a default code.Could anybody tell me how this is done.Thanks

Your request is quite straight forward. It involves 'refreshing' the main processor. Unfortunately certain manufacturers have requested that our moderator does not allow this procedure to be made public for genuine security reasons, but let me know where you are & there may be an engineer close by who can help. Alternativley, the manufacturer may put you in touch with a preferred installer.
