Hi,

I have just purchased a house with an ACCENTA alarm (not sure of model number?). Does anyone know how I can go about sorting either a new one out via a reset or a contact number of someone to call to assist me please.

can you not contact old owner????...if not your best would be too contact a local installer either take out a service aggreement or one off call basis who could give your system the once over,as battries need replacing etc and demo the system to you at the same time :)
