Hi all, Merry Xmas to you all...

Was wondering if anyone could send me the Engineer manual for this panel - I have the user manual and the Engineer code but not the manual - the problem is that we have moved into a house with this alarm installed and the installers have placed a PIR at the top of the stairs over looking the stairs and the keypad - so when we come in - move too far and the detector goes off, so I was hoping to program it to access or move it... would prefer to the first option if I could cheers Guys

BTW not a DIYer :)

Sorry but we do not give out engineer manuals or defaulting/engineering information except within the trade forum.

Moving the detector will probably not require an engineer manual but merely taking care with the cable so as not to fuse the panel and then to reset to day after you have completed the move.

Wasnt asking for the manual to default the panel - as I already have the engineer code and user code just wanted it to program that zone to access

Ok then, can some one type the instructions on here on how to do it? I dont need to know how to default the panel, change any codes just how to make circuit 4 an access detector once the front door is opened?
