hi never having installed one of thses before i need to add 4 additional pirs to the zones, 3 of which need to run off of one cable, can i use red and black for power into one detector, then loop out of that detector from the terminals into the other 2 but what do i do with the alarm and tamper pair can i do the same? or use the spare cores as there is 3 detectors i have 3 pairs, which would make sense actually, and do i need to resitor the pirs f just run + - Alarm tamper into the detectors?

Don't run them all off one cable. Run seperate cables. That will work far better.

Yes i know it would unfortunatly i have too as the owners have decorated and there is no way for me to run new cables which is such a pain!

ok well do i still need to resistor the pirs? used to galaxies me! lol :fear:

brillaint so jus run 6 colours (+ - 2xtamper 2xalarm) into the pirs? sorry for my stupidity i just wanted to know before i start!

yeah i know that can cause problems, will just be programmed up as one zone then wont it, all 3 would run into one zone?
