Looking To Advance My Career.

Can anyone share some advice please.

I have been in the security industry on and off for 17 years now and have surveyed, designed, installed, serviced, fault found and repaired most security systems including intruder, CCTV, Access(PC and non PC), Door Entry, Gate and Barrier Automation.

I am also a qualified electrician.

At the advancing age of 32 I am seeking a challange in my career to the next level, be it sales or consultancy within a company where there are prospects and a respectful wage (well we all have bills to pay!)

I have no ambition of crawlling around lofts or under floors when I am 40!

If there are any Consultants or Employers that were once in the same position as me, any advice would be most welcome.
