Hi,

I have a Veritas alarm in the house I've just moved into. The alarm was working fine. However I was watching the TV the other day and the alarm just went off for no reason scaring the life out of me. It seems to have gone mad and sometimes sets and sometimes doesn't. When the alarm went of zone 1 (my front door) was light, but the door was closed. I have the chime option on and the alarm beeps when i open and close the door, this seems to be working ok. I set the alarm last night and it said everything was ok. I stood outside my house and watched it and as soon as the alarm was armed it went off.

Any ideas what has happened to it and how I reset it?
