Guest Andys1500
I thought so. But thanks to everyone for all your help. BTW can I close this thread now somehow?
Guest Andys1500
The thread will still be here when you have got it fixed, so come back and tell us the outcome.. Sorted. Called out an engineer. The battery had gone. Apparently, there's a lead acid battery which supplies power in the event of a mains failure, and this had just expired, so it lost the programming as several here had suggested. Thanks again for your help. I can't believe how helpful everyone is and how quickly!
