Hi Had a power cut last night and cannot reset alarm.None of the buttons seem to work when pressed.Can anyone help? We have a Veritas R8 about 7 - 8 years old.

If the previose owners didnt have it serviced either its a high probablity that the battery is your problem.

My advise would be to get it serviced, you could just replace the battery, but the faulty battery may have damaged the charging circuit.

Where are you there will be someone on this forum not to far away who will be able to help.
