I'm reletively new to the business (1 year in!) and have recently started getting involved in servicing as well as installations. We use Castle stuff mainly and ADE for simpler domestic alarms.

We do however have a large amount of older systems which we service and I'm struggling with manuals for many of them (some systems we only have 1 or 2 of you know how it is!)

I wondered if anyone who has a good selection of installation and user guides could compile some onto a CD for me or even email if you have broadband as it would really help me out and stop me bugging my service manager every call I go to!

We have a trade members section which if you become a member of will give you access to all the manuals we have. Send a PM to Dave with the name of the company you work for (and address) and im sure he will make you a trade member.

If you become a trade member read the guidence notes on downloading of manuals!
