The power was cut to the alarm and the alarm set off. I've tried to reset the alarm but the lockout button refuses to be reset. Any Suggestion to sort the problem out.

The system may be programmed for Engineer Reset only after an alarm - have you been able to reset the alarm before using your own code?

Also, power failures can often upset the processor in panels. The NVM may have to be refreshed - a job for a local alarm engineer. If you advise what area of the country you are in someone may be able to suggest a reliable local co.

Hi, sounds like its in watchdog - in which case the battery may be discharged.

If so it'll need a new battery and a service

Ring a local company or post your area on the forum and you might find someone nearby.
