Well, Lee, I definately tried to help you, and others did too... but for some reason you will not answer relevant questions... like when did you buy the alarm, and from where? The answer to that would help us to determine which version of the panel you have and the likely problem.

If you are completely genuine why would you refuse to answer simple questions like that?

Since you choose to use the term "collective you" I will respond as it includes me.

Many people come here and get a helpful response - many get the response free and don't even bother to say "thank you".

Some like you come with an attitude, expecting to be helped and upset when someone says something that they don't understand or agree with!

When I was young I was taught to be respectful of someone who I was asking for help and to be appreciative when help was given - sadly today there is a demand for help and an attitude when any unwanted comments/questions/observations are made.

If you want help here ask and respond in a polite way.

I think this has run it's course. If there was some useful info. that others could refer to it may be useful.... but really there isn't, so...
