Hi Guys

I would appreciate some advice please.

Follwing a thunderstorm and power cuts my Optima Compact alarm system will not function.

On the main board, all lights are showing, and it will not respond to reset, or make any noise etc when buttons are pushed.

Any help on how I can reset it would be appreciated.

PM sent Basil, check your board messages. Defaulting info/resetting procedure, cannot be given out in the public forums sorry.

Basil you should contact your installer this fault is common and usually due to the system not being serviced regularly.
