One of our customers has managed to generate a tamper fault by pressing too many keys on the rkp. This has occured by a coat being hung behind a door which has pushed against the keypad everytime its opened :hmm:

Anyway, now the rkp is showing a list of key presses and I can't remember for the life in me how its cleared. Originally the fault was 'knn Excess Keys'

Anyone give me a clue how to clear it, before I go up there and smack him about a bit? :whistle:
