Does the prices go down after the over 7 year patent rule finishes?

Has anyone been to the USA and checked if anything similar and cheaper is on sale there or in fact anywhere else in the world.

To be honest I have felt the same way about this but there are very few people who make these products at present and this means they have the market!

If you've never had one & have a full day's pmv's a head of you it should pay for its self 1st day.
