Hi,

i am an installer, SA, and I had all the software etc, but my old pC has died, I have a backup, but only the old com1 modem build. I dont have the new USB software, and my alarm needs a diagnostic. It is going haywire, and I have a 3 month old baby!

That is why I am desparate, UK offices and local are closed, alarm driving me nuts.

EDIT:- I really do appologise and am sorry for your situation, but if you are an installer, you will just have to programme the system by hand or dissable it for the weekend until you get the software you need from the correct source. Dave, DNS, Forum Moderator.

Im sorry but we can't help with this Im affraid. You will have to wait for Monday when the Texecom offices open again.
