I'm not sure if I've posted this in the right forum but wondered if anybody could help.

I have moved into a new house with the accenta 8 mini fitted but unfortunately do not have a manual.

The tamper light on the keypad is flashing (stays on for about two seconds then goes off after two).

In addition the two sensors that are fitted constantly have the red light on, even when you stand out of the way it still stays on with an occasional flash.

This means that when I put the code in to set the alarm, the tone does not stop after a few seconds and continues until I put the code back in to unset the alarm.

Any help would be much appreciated.
