can anyone tel me what the fault is i have a 16+ pannel ex //.National Installer.// i know the enginers code but cant get back out of the enginer's menu because it has a power fail fault so i need to know how to test the backup power an how to reset the menu back to user

It wont drop back to day with a batt fault id check your fuses and the battery. If you restart it the fault wont magically dissappear like it does on some panels
its years since i worked on alarm panels. if i find the fault how do i get out of eniners menu?
