You can buy this stuff on Ebay (where I got the panel M800, 2 x Mnodes and 2 keypads for 180 quid new in box). My local dealer supplied the version SD2 dialler unit only. Ebay was very useful, otherwise the whole kit would have been eyewatering.

Overkill perhaps for a domestic house but as I had the floor boards up and an electrician working with me, I could route alarm cables (properly seperated from power) and thought I'd get a decent panel to match.

I would have called in an alarm company but having seen the work of a few local ones who shall remain nameless, I prefered this. However I will probably get my work checked and the alarm correctly setup by a professional. So if any of you are in the South Birmingham area and like playing with Menvier panels then let me know - Must say it is cracking stuff and very well thought through. Which country does the company / design originate?
