i thought it was a load of batteries...

Nah, big contract with letting agents, sussed the prob. Used a pulse module to assist. residents disliked the 4 second delay on the release of the lock, so have quoted for extra PSU`s.

Think its been accepted,will know when i`m sent to change over i suppose :P
