We have an accenta system which has been installed for about 5 years. The tamper light has been flashing for about 12months (i have checked all the PIRs and panels and they seem secure) and during the last few months individual zones have been triggering off the alarm for no reason and unless omitted set the system off every 20mins or so. We now have 2 zones off permanently which is defeating the object. As far as i am aware the system has not been serviced. Is there something I should be checking?

Advice needed or the number of a reasonably priced engineer in Wigan please?

judging from the amount of late night/early morning alarms going off in surrounding houses (most with the same system) I am assuming we are all experiencing the same thing.
