Galaxy G2 G3

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Just started to see a few of the Galaxy G2-3 panels and see they have a few different querks to the older systems..

Currently waiting for my company to get me a manual etc..

I see they now create an overrideable fault list to the customer when they try to set or unset the system.. eg CU mains fail..

Say the mains is restored as a recent phone call with a customer... green LED at keypad constant again..

The CU fault stays in the list...

How do you acknowledge or clear this fault list.. tried getting them to set/unset but it was still their..

Any other new funny querks I should know about??

cheers

Phil
